Rancho Avellanas is a small family farm in Playa Avellanas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Carlos Carranza and Hilda Torre, owners, produce handmade artisan product using milk from their herd of dairy goats. They are committed to build a sustainable farm ecosystem. By providing their goats with high quality feed and forage and keeping them healthy and happy to ensure a supply of milk that makes great products. Their chickens and pigs consume the whey from cheesemaking.
